Work With Us

Your way of thinking is not the obstacle —
it is the very source.

We would love to hear from you — whether you have a specific project in mind or are simply curious whether Lucida might be a good fit.

Get in Touch

The best first step
is always a conversation.

Whether you have a specific project in mind, a question about whether Lucida is the right fit, or simply a sense that you need support and aren't quite sure what kind — reach out.

Write to the person whose work feels most relevant to what you're looking for, or send a general inquiry and we'll find the right place to begin.

Our first consultation is always free. We meet by phone, by Zoom, or — if you are in the San Francisco Bay Area — in person.

What to Expect

How a new
relationship begins.

1
You reach out
Write to us directly by email — to Rebekah, Saraleah, or our general inbox. Tell us briefly what you're working on or what you're looking for. There's no form to fill in and no wrong way to begin.
2
We have a conversation
Our first consultation is always free — by phone, Zoom, or in person in the San Francisco Bay Area. We want to understand where you are, what you need, and whether we're the right fit for each other.
3
We find the right shape
Every engagement is different. Some are a single intensive session; others are long-term relationships that develop across a semester or a year. We'll work together to find what actually makes sense for your situation.
4
The work begins
We begin where you are. Not where a program assumes you should be, not where a curriculum says you ought to be — but where you actually are, with what you actually have, in the direction you actually want to go.
